Concept Restaurants, Inc. was built by Restaurant and Hospitality veteran Frank Day. Mr. Day has served as President of Concept Restaurants, Inc. since 1976. Together with his wife Gina, they have created dining experiences focused on bringing their guests together with fun and interesting food and drinks.
