Concept Restaurants, Inc. was built by Restaurant and Hospitality veteran Frank Day. Mr. Day has served as President of Concept Restaurants, Inc. since 1976. Together with his wife Gina, they have created dining experiences focused on bringing their guests together with fun and interesting food and drinks.

Mr. Day has acted as managing general partner of Hotel Boulderado in Boulder, Colorado since 1980. Table Mountain Inn in Golden, Colorado, was added to the Concept Restaurants family in 1991. Mr. Day would later expand to Colorado Springs with the Best Western Plus Fillmore Inn. All three hotels incorporate Concept Restaurants dedication to hospitality and high-quality experiences for our guests.
