Concept Restaurants, Inc. was built by Restaurant and Hospitality veteran Frank Day and is one of the nation’s leading restaurant groups, which is responsible for several nationally known, highly successful restaurants. He has served as President of CRI since 1976 and managing general partner of the Hotel Boulderado in Boulder, Colorado since 1980.
